Lyre’s Amaretti is the single best non-alcoholic Amaretto available. It’s pleasantly sweet and has that classic, almond flavor. The Amaretti is always a crowd pleaser. Works great on its own or mixed into non-alcoholic cocktails.

700 ml

2 oz Lyre’s Amaretti

¾ oz OJ

½ oz lime juice

¼ oz lemon juice

¾ oz simple syrup

1 egg white

Put all of the ingredients into a tumbler with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour into glass and enjoy!
