What do these New Orleans bitters taste like?

They're a Peychaud's-style profile with bright anise, tart cherry, hibiscus, and rosehips. The result is bold and aromatic without being sweet — there's no added sugar.

How much should I use in a drink?

Shake well, then add 2-3 full droppers to a cocktail, sparkling water, tonic, beer, tea, or coffee and give it a brief stir. If a recipe calls for a "dash," use 1 full dropper to the 1 mL line. A little natural sediment is normal.

What drinks work best with it?

It shines in New Orleans classics like the Sazerac, Vieux Carre, or Seelbach, and also plays well with seltzer, tonic, beer, alcohol-free red wine, sparkling wine, orange juice, rooibos or hibiscus tea, iced coffee, and black cherry sparkling water.

Who makes All The Bitter and where are they located?

All The Bitter is a small, family-run company started by husband-and-wife team Carly and Ian Blessing, who met while working as sommeliers at The French Laundry in Napa Valley and launched the brand after they stopped drinking in 2019. Their alcohol-free bitters are made by hand in small batches in Chico, California, where the couple also runs a non-alcoholic tasting room and bottle shop.
