Lean, food friendly non-alcoholic white wine from the Loire Valley. The first dealcoholized wine made with Melon de Bourgogne, the grapes used to make Muscadet. Aged on the lees for at least six months, with notes of citrus, high minerality, and a brisk salinity. A perfect pairing for seafood, soft cheeses, and pomme frites.
