Sovi Reserve Red is an elegant and savory style red wine. It is dry with notes of boysenberry, plum, cassis, and warm baking spices. On the palate, supple tannins lead to a long finish. 

The genesis for the inaugural release of Sovi Reserve Red was the discovery of a hidden gem: Petite Sirah that was almost forgotten in the cellar with beautifully rich berry flavors and developed oak aromas from aging in French and American barrels for several years. Sovi blended it with young Cabernet Sauvignon to bring freshness, structure and tannin to the final wine.
