You get 1 oz minis of all three of All the Bitter's core flavors — Aromatic, Orange, and New Orleans style alcohol-free bitters — for 3 fl oz total. The small bottles are sized to tuck into a purse or carry-on.

Shake well, then add 2-3 full droppers to a cocktail, sparkling water, tonic, beer, tea, or coffee and give it a brief stir. If a recipe calls for a "dash," use one full dropper to the 1 mL line.

Aromatic is a good match for whiskey, rum, ginger ale, non-alcoholic red wine, coffee, and chai; Orange plays well with gin, vodka, wheat beers, green tea, grapefruit juice, and non-alcoholic white wine; New Orleans style suits rye, tonic water, light lagers, orange juice, hibiscus tea, and iced coffee.

All The Bitter is a small, family-run company started by husband-and-wife team Carly and Ian Blessing, who met while working as sommeliers at The French Laundry in Napa Valley and launched the brand after they stopped drinking in 2019. Their alcohol-free bitters are made by hand in small batches in Chico, California, where the couple also runs a non-alcoholic tasting room and bottle shop.
