Domaine E de M is a premium non-alcoholic wine brand created by the Catena family, renowned for their legacy in winemaking. The brand was established in honor of Elena Maza, Nicolás Catena’s wife, who sought a lighter alternative to traditional wine. Her request led to the development of the family's first-ever non-alcoholic sparkling wine, blending tradition with innovation.

The N.0 ROSAE is crafted from 100% Airén grapes sourced from La Mancha, Spain. The production process involves pressing the grapes, followed by controlled low-temperature fermentation to preserve the wine's aromatic profile. Subsequently, alcohol is gently removed through vacuum distillation, ensuring the retention of flavors and freshness. Natural rose petals are then infused to impart delicate floral aromas, culminating in a sparkling wine with a pale salmon hue and notes of roses, pear, fresh citrus, and a subtle herbal touch. 

Domaine E de M wines are vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and contain low or no sugar, making them suitable for various dietary preferences. With an alcohol content of less than 0.5% ABV, they offer a sophisticated and enjoyable alternative for those seeking mindful drinking options.
