Coast Ridge Alcohol-Removed Cabernet Sauvignon is deep ruby in color with aromas of cranberry, raspberry tart, and caramel. Tastes of red berries and strawberry-rhubarb pie filling, with soft oak tannins. Medium bodied, with a pleasant lingering finish. 

Made from California Cabernet Sauvignon grapes picked at special harvest dates, followed by traditional fermentation, before a proprietary 74º, 19-second vacuum dealcoholization process. This quick and low temperature dealcoholization leaves layered and multi-dimensional flavors intact.
