With every sip your taste buds are greeted with the fresh taste of peaches, the casual approachability of the "beer" comes in soon after and everything comes to a fancy and oh so bubbly finish that tickles the tip of your nose. For the best result, opt for ripe organic peaches, a light-bodied and crisp alcohol-free brew as well as a zero-proof champagne with a medium finish. Ideally, one that features bright, fruity notes.

Serves 6

  • 2 ripe medium-sized peaches, peeled and quartered

  • ½ cup water

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/8 teaspoon granulated sugar

  • 12 ounces non-alcoholic beer

  • 12 ounces non-alcoholic champagne


  1. Add the peaches to a blender or food processor with the water, lemon juice, and granulated sugar.

  2. Blend/process until smooth.

  3. Divide the puree among six champagne flutes.

  4. Add 2 ounces of non-alcoholic beer to each flute followed by 2 ounces of non-alcoholic champagne.

  5. Serve.
