Jack Rudy Red Sangria

Difficulty: Moderate
Yield: 1 Drink

This festive, non-alc sangria recipe was whipped up for us by our friends in Charleston at Jack Rudy. It calls for their Sweet Tea Syrup and Demerara Syrup. It's the perfect mocktail to serve at your next party.

Ingredients
  • 1 orange, 1 lime, & 1 lemon (any or all, sliced)

  • 1 apple, cut into chunks

  • 3.5 cups unsweetened pomegranate, tart cherry juice, or blend

  • .5 cups fresh orange juice

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 5oz Jack Rudy Sweet Tea Syrup

  • Jack Rudy Demerara Syrup (to taste for a sweeter sangria)

Directions
  1. In a punch bowl or large pitcher, combine all ingredients

  2. Let sit for at least 2 hours, or overnight

  3. Ladle or pour into a wine glass filled with ice and top with soda water, making sure to add some of the soaked fruit as a garnish

  4. Enjoy!
